School Visitors

Parents/guardians and other guests of the district are welcome and encouraged to visit TUSD schools. Visitors must respect the learning environment however and maintain proper behavior and decorum. (EC 51512)

  • All visitors shall report to the office and “sign-in” to notify staff they are in the building or on school grounds.
  • The principal or designee shall provide a visible means of identification for all individuals who are not students or staff members while on school premises.
  • Visitors shall return to the office and “sign-out” before leaving the campus.

Disruption of the orderly process of the school is prohibited. In accordance with Penal Code 626.7, the principal or his/her designee is authorized to deny access, ban or bar future access, and remove or request the removal of any visitor whose behavior is disruptive to the educational/ working environment of the school.

Visitors to any of our campuses who have been denied access or who have been asked to leave may schedule an appointment to appeal to the Director of Student Services at (209) 667-0887 daily between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm.

VISIT COSTA RICA SPRING BREAK 2019

Costa Rica Coast to Coast 2019 will be here before we know it! Come and find out how you can spend your 2019 Spring Break on this amazing adventure traveling through Costa Rica to places like San Jose, Tortuguero, Arenal, and Manuel Antonio.  Enjoy discovering the sights and sounds as you zip line through the rain forest and raft through the rivers. Learn about the Costa Rican culture as you take Costa Rican cooking lessons, dance with professional dancers, and visit with students at a Costa Rican school. Parents and students will learn more about how to register at our  “Costa Rica 2019 Informational Meeting”, tomorrow night, Tuesday, May 22nd @ 6:00 p.m. in the Dutcher school library.  Call Dutcher Middle School Student Services Office @ (209) 634-4659 if you have any questions.

TUSD Family Link  is a online resource that will allow parents and/or students to access attendance, demographic data, grades, transcript information, and graduation status.  TUSD Family Link is secure - it is only accessible by knowing a student's ID number, telephone number, and verification code.  Check with the office if you have not received this information.
